Otium Hospitality Group charges a minimum five hour fee for above property consulting which includes an introduction/scope of service call, resources required from hotel owner/management team, three hours of metric analysis, and results webinar conference call with best practice recommendations.

Otium Hospitality Group does provide on-site consulting service for a minimum of two days on property at normal rates plus travel expense including air, hotel, transportation and food and beverage expense.
